MOSCOW, Jan 24 (PRIME) -- Germany has removed disconnecting Russia from SWIFT from consideration of possible sanctions, Euractiv reported on Monday citing an E.U. diplomat.
The newspaper reported that while the oil and gas sectors are considered as possible targets, opposing members headed by Germany, took the SWIFT disconnection off the agenda.
The E.U. foreign ministers will meet on Monday to consider the situation with Ukraine.
